Volleyball Recap: Galax Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Galax was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Radford Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Abbie Barkley paced Galax's offense, picking up six kills. Barkley got some help from KK Barnes and her nine assists. Barnes was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Galax's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Radford, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-1.

Coming up, Galax will venture away from home to take on Auburn at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Radford, they will welcome Patrick County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
