Basketball Game Preview: South Fulton Red Devils vs. Gleason Bulldogs

South Fulton and Gleason are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The South Fulton Red Devils will head out to take on the Gleason Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. South Fulton has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since November 25.

Last Tuesday, South Fulton had to suffer through a 65-38 loss at the hands of Lake County.

Meanwhile, Gleason entered their contest against Greenfield on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Gleason was dealt a 70-29 defeat at the hands of Greenfield. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

South Fulton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Gleason, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 11-5.

South Fulton strolled past Gleason when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a score of 49-35. The rematch might be a little tougher for South Fulton since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
