Chisholm Trail hasn't had much luck against Aledo recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Chisholm Trail Rangers will head out to challenge the Aledo Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. Chisholm Trail is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.

On Tuesday, everything went Chisholm Trail's way against Saginaw as Chisholm Trail made off with a 3-0 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Rangers have posted against the Rough Riders since October 17, 2017.

Chisholm Trail never let Saginaw on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-13, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Aledo had already won 11 in a row and they went ahead and made it 12 on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-11, 25-19.

Aledo got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kenrie Pruitt out in front who had 19 digs. Pruitt is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in the last nine games she's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Frank, who had six digs and three aces.

Chisholm Trail is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-13 record this season. As for Aledo, their win bumped their record up to 23-7.
