The Jayhawk Linn Jayhawks scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They claimed a resounding 60-33 win over Yates Center on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Jayhawk Linn has managed all season.
Jayhawk Linn's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Clay Nichols led the charge by scoring eight points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Nichols has scored all season. Ryan Broyles was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
The win makes it two in a row for Jayhawk Linn and bumps their season record up to 2-3. As for Yates Center, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
