Everything went their way against the Zionsville Eagles on Tuesday as the Cathedral Fighting Irish made off with a 61-41 victory. For the Fighting Irish, this counts as revenge for the 42-23 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.
It was another big night for Jaeda Wilson, who went 6 for 12 on her way to 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Abby Beasley, who posted eight points.
Zionsville's loss came despite strong showings from Emma Tinder and Ellie Frobig. Tinder put up 13 points and seven rebounds, while Frobig earned 12 points.
Cathedral's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Zionsville, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

As for Zionsville, they are taking a road trip to face off against Westfield at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Westfield will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Zionsville surely won't give up without a fight.
