Davenport came out on top against Bay City on Friday thanks in part to Zayden Garza's efforts. Garza picked up 59 receiving yards, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. The performance marked the most receiving yards he has had since back in October.

Garza and Davenport will take on La Vernia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will pit Garza up against the Bears' star wideout WYATT FRANK.
