Volleyball Recap: Ballou Comes Up Short

Ballou was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the School Without Walls Penguins. The Knights were not able to make up for their loss to the Penguins from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-12.

Among those leading the charge was Eva Peres Da Camara, who had nine aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September of 2024.

Ballou's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for School Without Walls, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4.

Ballou has already played their next contest (against Coolidge), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for School Without Walls, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Woodson on the 30th.
