Baseball Recap: Three Rivers Comes Up Short

Three Rivers fell victim to Stockdale and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Brahmas. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Brahmas this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 last Monday.

Nathan Longinos was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with three stolen bases.

This is the second loss in a row for Three Rivers and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for Stockdale, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4 record.

Looking ahead, Three Rivers will be playing at home against West Oso at 3:40 p.m. on Thursday. As for Stockdale, they will head out on the road to take on Banquete at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.4 runs per game on average), something the Brahmas will no doubt try to take advantage of.
