For the second straight game, Riverton will face off against Lone Peak. The Silverwolves will challenge the Knights at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. Riverton is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season.

Riverton heads in on the heels of a playoff matchup on Wednesday. They fell just short of Lone Peak by a score of 3-2. The Silverwolves' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Rocky Downs was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out nine batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Riverton's defeat dropped their record down to 17-9. As for Lone Peak, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 12-14.
