Softball Recap: Las Lomas Comes Up Short

If Las Lomas was riding high fresh off their 10-4 takedown of Concord on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Knights lost 15-0 to the Northgate Broncos on Monday. The Knights have struggled against the Broncos recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Las Lomas saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Milla Hansen, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Las Lomas' loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Northgate, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-7.

Las Lomas has already played their next contest, a 27-1 victory against Mt. Diablo on the 22nd. As for Northgate, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 14-11 defeat against Acalanes on the 22nd.
