Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!
Johnathan Schroeder Delivers Best Effort of Season
Oxford was led to victory by Johnathan Schroeder, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Schroeder rushed for 188 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 155 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Schroeder and Oxford will square off against Udall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Eagles, probably because Schroeder had a solid game then too: he rushed for 67 yards and a touchdown. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

Oxford Gets a Boost from Jordan in 84-58 Victory
Another Oxford player making an appearance on this list is Cordell Jordan. He rushed for 133 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 64 receiving yards and a touchdown.
If history really does repeat itself, Jordan might just drop another big game when he faces off against Udall on Friday. Jordan rushed for 106 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries the last time he and the Eagles duked it out back in October of 2023.

Creyo Koop Dazzles in West Elk Victory
Creyo Koop's big game helped extend West Elk's winning streak to six on Friday. Koop did his part (and then some), rushing for 118 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries, while also catching a touchdown for the 'W'. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last six games he's played dating back to last season.
Sedan's probably not too fond of Koop given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Koop saw the Devils), he rushed for 189 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.9 yards per carry, and also picked up 99 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Trent Haag and Co. Win Sixth in a Row
Trent Haag was instrumental in extending West Elk's winning streak to six on Friday. Haag turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 97 yards and three touchdowns on perfect 5-for-5 passing, while also rushing for 55 yards on only five carries.
Sedan had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Haag it was a similar story. When Haag last faced the Devils back in September of 2023, he rushed for 78 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 204 yards and two touchdowns while completing 92.3% of his passes.
