Volleyball Recap: Wheatmore Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Wheatmore had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the South Davidson Wildcats 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Wheatmore took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-10, 25-14.

Coming up, Wheatmore will venture away from home to face off against Asheboro at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Davidson, they will welcome Albemarle at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
