Cape Cod RVT entered their tilt with Franklin County Tech on Saturday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They enjoyed a cozy 30-16 victory over the Eagles. For the Crusaders, this counts as revenge for the 16-12 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2023.

Amani Cole was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 79 yards and one score on only seven carries, and also picked up 38 receiving yards.

Cape Cod RVT's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Franklin County Tech, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 7-3 record.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Cape Cod RVT will face off against Pathfinder RVT at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Franklin County Tech, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Smith Vo-Tech at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th.
