American Fork had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They had just enough and edged the Lehi Pioneers out 3-2. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cavemen also won the last time the pair played back in September.

Alissa Roberts was a one-man wrecking crew for American Fork as she had 18 digs and three aces. Those three aces gave Roberts a new career-high.

Lehi's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Abbi Winters, who had 17 digs and two aces, and Bella Loftin, who had 18 kills, nine digs, and a block. Loftin is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had five or more in the last nine games she's played dating back to last season.

American Fork's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Lehi, they dropped their record down to 6-11 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

American Fork wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Pleasant Grove on the 3rd. Lehi has also already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Westlake on the 3rd.
