Southwest Onslow lost against North Lenoir back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Friday. The Southwest Onslow Stallions lost  12-2 to the North Lenoir Hawks. The Stallions' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
  Lilian Paradysz was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 1-for-2 with one  triple and two  RBI. That  triple was  her first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Skylar Phillips, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
Southwest Onslow's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for North Lenoir, the  victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southwest Onslow will face off against James Kenan at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Southwest Onslow is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.7  runs per game  this season. As for North Lenoir, they will challenge Wallace-Rose Hill at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. North Lenoir knows how to get  runs on the board -- the  squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Wallace-Rose Hill likes a good challenge.
