Soccer Recap: Mt. Carmel Comes Up Short

Mt. Carmel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Harrisburg Bulldogs, falling 9-0. If Mt. Carmel were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to Harrisburg when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Mt. Carmel's record is now 0-9. As for Harrisburg, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6-1.

Coming up, Mt. Carmel will head out on the road to square off against Murphysboro at 4:00 p.m. on the 16th. Harrisburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
