Football Recap: Princeton Comes Up Short

Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 46-14 defeat at the hands of the North Andrew Cardinals. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Cardinals from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Mitchell Walker threw for 94 yards on ten of 17 attempts. Judd Henke was his top target, picking up 42 receiving yards. On the ground, Bowe Ussery rushed for 39 yards.

Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for North Andrew, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Princeton is set to challenge their familiar foe St. Joseph Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, North Andrew will face off against rival Stanberry at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
