            Volleyball Recap: Lewis Mills Spartans vs. Farmington River Hawks        
        
		
        
        
            Lewis Mills was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They came up short against  the Farmington River Hawks, falling  3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spartans of the  3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in May of 2024.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14,  25-19.
Lewis Mills' offense was headlined by  Grady Mullen and  Noah Galvin, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from  Andrew Hurd and his 12 assists.
Lewis Mills' record now sits at 1-15. As for Farmington, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record  this season.
 Lewis Mills will be playing at home against Hall  at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Farmington, they are taking a road trip to  challenge Conard  at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Red Wolves will roll in looking for their  16th straight  victory, something the River Hawks surely won't give up without a fight.
