Volleyball Recap: Farmington Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Kole Riebe and Kylee Day

Farmington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the American Fork Cavemen, falling 3-0.

While Farmington was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-12, 25-14.

Kylee Day and Kole Riebe certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Day had four digs and three aces, while Riebe had ten digs.

Farmington's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for American Fork, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Farmington has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Corner Canyon on the 26th. As for American Fork, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Westlake on the 26th.
