Basketball Recap: Woodstock Takes a Loss

Woodstock lost against Johnsburg last Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Woodstock Blue Streaks were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 39-38 to the Johnsburg Skyhawks.

Woodstock has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. As for Johnsburg, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-8.

Woodstock will face off against Harvard at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Johnsburg, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Richmond-Burton at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Johnsburg is facing Richmond-Burton at the right time seeing as Richmond-Burton is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
