Football Recap: Penns Grove Takes a Loss

Penns Grove was the 34-0 winner over Deptford when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Red Devils lost 27-6 to the Spartans on Saturday. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Penns Grove's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Deptford, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Penns Grove and Deptford will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Red Devils will challenge rival Glassboro at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Deptford is set to square off against their familiar foe Atlantic County Institute of Tech on Friday.
