Hilltop was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a hard 26-7 fall against the Chula Vista Spartans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lancers of the 48-27 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2023.
