Lanier had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They walked away with a 45-38 victory over the Florence Eagles. The 45-point effort marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Lanier's win bumped their record up to 23-4. As for Florence, their loss dropped their record down to 14-9.
