While Oswego put up some  runs on Tuesday, the same  can't be said for Metea Valley. The Panthers put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp  8-0 win. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 24 contests by six  runs or more this season.
 Jaelynn Anthony made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits while striking out 17 over seven innings pitched. Those  17  strikeouts gave  her a new career-high. She was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-4 with one  home run and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Adalynn Fugitt was  excellent,  going 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases and two  runs. That's the most  stolen bases  she has posted since May 1st. Another player making a difference was  Aubriella Garza, who  went 2-for-4 with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 Oswego  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Metea Valley only managed four  hits.
Oswego's victory bumped their record up to 32-2. As for Metea Valley, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost 11 of their last 14 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-21 record  this season.
As of now, neither Oswego nor Metea Valley have any future games scheduled.
