Sheldon strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 12-6 W against the Bella Vista Broncos. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Huskies' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 60th, while the Broncos are ranked 337th).

The critical scores for Sheldon came from Saniah Wiley and Bresia Osborne-Henry.

Sheldon didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off five passes before the game was over. Lia Fleming and Brooklin Kimmons were the leaders of the group effort as each produced two apiece.

Sheldon's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Bella Vista, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Sheldon wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 52-0 win against Rosemont on the 4th. As for Bella Vista, they have also already played their next contest, a 39-0 loss against Casa Roble on the 4th.
