Soccer Game Preview: Davis vs. Eisenhower

The Davis Pirates will challenge the Eisenhower Cadets at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Davis is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Wenatchee just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 5-2 to the Panthers.

Meanwhile, Eisenhower managed to keep up with Eastmont until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Cadets came up short against the Wildcats, falling 5-2. The game snapped a strange streak: the last five times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 6-4-1. As for Davis, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-1.

Davis was able to grind out a solid victory over Eisenhower when the teams last played on April 1st, winning 2-0. Will the Pirates repeat their success, or do the Cadets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
