Soccer Game Preview: Eastlake vs. Bothell/Inglemoor

The Eastlake Wolves will take on the Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Bothell/Inglemoor took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Eastlake, who comes in off a win.

Bothell/Inglemoor will be up against a hot Eastlake team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. Wolves came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against Newport - Bellevue. Eastlake better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Bruno Perversi, as he scored every single goal for his team.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Bothell/Inglemoor took on Mount Si on Tuesday. The Cougars fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 3-2. Bothell/Inglemoor have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bothell/Inglemoor's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Eastlake, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

Eastlake was able to grind out a solid win over Bothell/Inglemoor in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, winning 3-1. Will Wolves repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
