Columbia fell victim to Union City and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Soaring Eagles and fell 48-0. The Cougars' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Naythan Pena continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Union City, rushing for 210 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries. With that strong performance, Pena is now averaging an impressive 102.5 rushing yards per game. Elemaniel Gerena got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Union City, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-3 record this season.
