Plainfield is 9-1 against Franklin Community since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Quakers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Grizzly Cubs at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Plainfield's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. Everything went their way against Decatur Central as they made off with a 9-0 victory. Given Plainfield's advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 59th, while Decatur Central are ranked 250th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Franklin Community made easy work of Southport on Monday and carried off a 5-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Franklin Community.

Plainfield skirted past Franklin Community 1-0 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Will the Quakers repeat their success, or do the Grizzly Cubs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
