If Daniel wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Seneca, they should've done a better job of containing Jeremiah Hunter. The Seneca Bobcats took down the Daniel Lions 71-57 on Thursday thanks in part to Hunter, who went 6 of 8 from beyond the arc en route to 27 points and four steals. Those 27 points gave him a new career-high.

Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Will Swann, who went 8 for 14 on his way to 18 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Tristyn Carrington, who went 5 of 10 to rack up 16 points and four steals.

Seneca's record now sits at 15-8. As for Daniel, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-7.

Seneca didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 72-51 victory against Crescent on the 7th. As for Daniel, they have also already played their next contest, a 77-43 win against Travelers Rest on the 7th.
