 In what's become a running theme this season, Masterman gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Nueva Esperanza as Masterman made off with  an  18-4 win. That's more bragging rights for Masterman, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
  Owen Kingsley was  incredible,  going 3-for-5 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and a  double.  George Siokos was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs while going 2-for-3.
 On Nueva Esperanza's side,  Kevin Rosa was cooking despite his team's loss,   scoring a  run while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Victor Corniel, who  scored a  run while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances.
 The  victory  made it two in a row for Masterman and  bumps their season record up to 5-2. As for Nueva Esperanza, they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-5.
 Masterman is on the road again  on Wednesday to play Science Leadership Academy at 3:15  p.m. Masterman is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 12.3  runs per game  this season. As for Nueva Esperanza, they will head out on the road to  take on  Roman Catholic at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Roman Catholic has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.83  runs per game on average), something Nueva Esperanza will no doubt try to take advantage of.
