Softball Recap: Perris Panthers vs. Citrus Hill Hawks
Perris lost against Citrus Hill on April 8th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers came up short against the Hawks, falling 18-2. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly 16 runs.
Kimberly Santoyo made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
Perris has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season. As for Citrus Hill, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-7 record.
