Volleyball Recap: DSST: Cedar Takes a Loss

DSST: Cedar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the DSST: Montview Knights, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

While DSST: Cedar was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-15, 25-13.

DSST: Cedar's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for DSST: Montview, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. DSST: Cedar is set to challenge their familiar foe DSST: Green Valley Ranch at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, DSST: Montview will face off against rival DSST: Conservatory Green at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
