Basketball Game Preview: Turner County Titans vs. Clinch County Panthers

The Turner County Titans are taking a road trip to challenge the Clinch County Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Turner County will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Turner County will head into Saturday's contest hoping to keep the good times rolling: they proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 20) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged Lanier County out 32-29. The 32-point effort marked the Titans' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clinch County). They escaped with a win on Saturday against Charlton County by the margin of a single free throw, 63-62.

Turner County's record is now 10-3. As for Clinch County, their record is now 4-8.

Turner County came up short against Clinch County when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 62-50. Can Turner County avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
