Community School of Naples is 8-2 against Oasis since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. Both will face off at 5:00 p.m. without much rest having both just played. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 11 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Community School of Naples and three for Oasis.

Community School of Naples saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They were dealt a 69-18 defeat at the hands of Bishop Verot. While losing is never fun, the Seahawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 543rd, while the Vikings are ranked 97th).

Meanwhile, Oasis was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 46-40 to Cape Coral.

Community School of Naples will need focus on slowing down Katelynn Jakubowski, one of several Oasis players who made an impact when they last played. She posted 12 points. Those 12 points gave Jakubowski a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Brynn Stambaugh, who put up 11 points and six assists.

Community School of Naples' loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Oasis, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-5.

Community School of Naples came up short against Oasis when the teams last played back in December of 2024, falling 46-35. Can Community School of Naples avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
