Roosevelt's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Madera South Stallions as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Rough Riders haven't had any issues with the Stallions recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Roosevelt was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-12, 25-21.

Defeat or not, Madera South got some senior leadership from Isabella Zaragosa and Monica Placido. Zaragosa had 14 kills, four digs, and two blocks, while Placido had 11 digs and two aces. Zaragosa is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had five or more in each of the last 15 games she's played.

Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Madera South, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-21.

Roosevelt wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Mt. Whitney on the 1st. As for Madera South, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against McLane on the 2nd.
