Baseball Recap: Simley Takes a Loss

Simley lost to Hill-Murray on April 8th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Spartans fell just short of the Pioneers by a score of 7-6.

Simley's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Hill-Murray, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Simley will face off against rival St. Thomas Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hill-Murray is set to challenge their familiar foe South St. Paul at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
