Baseball Recap: Concord Takes a Loss

Concord suffered their biggest loss since May 12, 2025 on Monday. They came up short against the Wilmington Friends Quakers, falling 11-4. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Quakers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2025.

Concord's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Wilmington Friends, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Concord will take on Glasgow at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wilmington Friends, they will square off against Archmere Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
