After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Owensboro Catholic, Daviess County was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Trinity Raiders. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Daviess County's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Trinity, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Daviess County will take on Apollo at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity, they will challenge Grayson County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
