Volleyball Recap: Signal Mountain Falls to Bradley Central in First Game of Season

Signal Mountain kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bradley Central Bears. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bears apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

While Signal Mountain had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 15-25, 25-22, 25-18.

Looking ahead, Signal Mountain will challenge CSTHEA at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bradley Central, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Soddy Daisy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
