Basketball Recap: Whitesboro Comes Up Short

Whitesboro suffered their biggest defeat since January 17th on Saturday. They came up short against the Battiest Panthers, falling 71-50. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Whitesboro's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Battiest, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Whitesboro nor Battiest have any future games scheduled.
