Kreyton Wiese Goes Supernova in Wauneta-Palisade Victory

Starting off the list is Wauneta-Palisade's Kreyton Wiese, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Wiese rushed for 190 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry. He has become a key player for Wauneta-Palisade: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 1-3 otherwise.

The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 75 yards.

For the season, Jones has run in 18 touchdowns while averaging 123.6 rushing yards per game.

Ashtin Johns Dazzles in Wallace Defeat

Ashtin Johns posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 188 yards and a touchdown while picking up 11.1 yards per carry.

This year, Johns has run in 15 touchdowns while averaging 135.3 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had two rushing touchdowns.

Maddex Mcconnell Has Career-Day on Friday
