Basketball Recap: Community Academy of Science & Health Takes a Loss

Community Academy of Science & Health was the 60-55 winner over Excel when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Community Academy of Science & Health took a 66-48 bruising from Excel on Thursday.

Community Academy of Science & Health's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Excel, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Community Academy of Science & Health will venture away from home to face off against Boston Community Leadership Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Excel, they are taking a road trip to take on Bristol County Agricultural at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Excel knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Bristol County Agricultural likes a good challenge.
