Football Recap: Fort Lupton Comes Up Short on the Road Against D'evelyn + How To Watch

Fort Lupton had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 14-10 to the D'Evelyn Jaguars. The Bluedevils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Josiah Gonzales threw for 73 yards on ten of 27 attempts. On the ground, Dominick Martinez rushed for 92 yards.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort Lupton will square off against Wellington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for D'Evelyn, they will take on Conifer at 7:30 p.m. on the 5th.
