Soccer Game Preview: Arizona College Prep vs. Sunnyside

The Arizona College Prep Knights will be taking part in a tournament against the Sunnyside Blue Devils at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Arizona College Prep will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

On Friday, Arizona College Prep narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Casteel 2-1.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sunnyside). They ended the year with a bang, routing Shadow Ridge 9-2 on Friday. Angel Bracamontes Pulido was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The victory (which was Sunnyside's fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those five matches. As for Arizona College Prep, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.
