Volleyball Recap: Franklin Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Franklin managed to slip by Kimball the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Yellowjackets lost 3-0 to the Jaguars on Thursday. The Yellowjackets' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-17, 25-17.

Carmen Walker paced Franklin's offense, picking up six kills. Walker got some help from Lexie Shobert and her 11 assists. Finally, Walker was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Kimball, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.

Looking ahead, Franklin will head out on the road to square off against Bear Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Kimball, they will take on River Islands at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
