Basketball Recap: Warsaw Comes Up Short

Warsaw was the 67-59 winner over Caledonia-Mumford when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Warsaw Tigers took a 49-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Caledonia-Mumford Raiders on Wednesday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leading Caledonia-Mumford to victory were Tyler Potter and Jacob Wiley. Potter went 8 for 15 on his way to 19 points, while Wiley posted ten points in addition to five assists and five boards. Trent Kessler was another key player, putting up seven points and 11 rebounds.

Warsaw's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Caledonia-Mumford, their record now sits at 6-10.

Warsaw has already played their next matchup (against Mount Morris), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Caledonia-Mumford has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Early College International.
