Basketball Recap: Grosse Ile Takes a Loss

Grosse Ile lost against Huron back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Grosse Ile Red Devils took a 57-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huron Chiefs. The Red Devils just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Grosse Ile now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Huron, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grosse Ile will head out to square off against Riverview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Riverview will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Grosse Ile surely won't give up without a fight. As for Huron, they will venture away from home to challenge Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Huron is facing Jefferson at the right time seeing as Jefferson is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
