Basketball Recap: Life Christian Academy Takes a Loss

If Life Christian Academy was feeling good fresh off their 74-46 takedown of Charles Wright last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Life Christian Academy Eagles had to suffer through a 80-44 loss at the hands of the Cascade Christian Cougars. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 242nd, while the Cougars are ranked 86th).

Life Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Cascade Christian, they pushed their record up to 10-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Life Christian Academy will square off against Annie Wright at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Annie Wright will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Life Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight. Cascade Christian has already played their next match (against Seattle Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
