The Thomas Jefferson Academy Jaguars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight loss. They were the victim of a rough 54-33 defeat at the hands of Faith Christian Academy. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Thomas Jefferson Academy has scored all season.
Leading Faith Christian Academy to victory were Riley Anderson and Haven Brannen. Anderson scored 19 points, while Brannen scored 25 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Brannen has scored at least a third of Faith Christian Academy's points.
Thomas Jefferson Academy dropped their record down to 3-11 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Faith Christian Academy, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-8.
Thomas Jefferson Academy will challenge Robert Toombs Christian Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Faith Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
